Located at 99-101 Denison St, Hamilton. Open between 9.00am and 6:30pm.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out by 10:00am. We are able to alter these times to suit your needs depending on availability, but will require advance notice. Please call us on 02 49 555 888 to discuss check-in and check-out options outside of the standard hours (charges may apply).

Who do I contact after hours urgent concerns?

You can call 0419 804 080. This number is diverted to our night manager outside of Reception hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

Hamilton Executive Apartments upholds a 72 hour cancellation policy.
Should a guest cancel a booking within 72 hours of arrival, the guest will forfeit the full amount of accommodation. Prior to this 72 hours, the deposit will be refunded.

Is a bond required?

Yes, we take a credit card pre-authorisation on check-in. No cash is accepted.

What is a pre-authorisation?

A credit card preauthorisation is a temporary hold of funds that can last up to 7 days.
Your bank holds this money frozen in your account and it will show as a pending transaction until completion or release.

Is there WiFi?

Yes, WiFi is free up to 400mb per device per day for 4 devices. Charges apply thereafter.

How often are the apartments serviced?

Our apartments are serviced once a week after your seventh night. However, we are able to service the apartment more frequently for an additional charge. Please contact Reception for more information.

Do we have to bring linen?

No, all of our units are fully self-contained, including bed linen, towels, blankets, cutlery and crockery.

Bed Configuration

Many of our apartments have an option for king beds to be converted into split singles. This needs to be requested when booking, prior to your arrival.

Extra Beds and Children

Your children are welcome to stay with you at our apartments. Up to two children under six may stay free of charge. If you require a cot or extra bedding please check with reception at least 24hrs before your arrival for options.

Pets

Pets are not allowed to stay at any of the Hamilton Executive Apartments. If you require pet friendly accommodation please check with Jesmond Executive Villas for pet welcome accommodation options.

How far away to the nearest shops?

Hamilton Executive Apartments are conveniently located within walking distance to shops, banks, bars, cafes and restaurants.

Airport Transfers

An airport shuttle service is available for an additional charge. Contact reception for bookings and details.

Do you have car parking available?

Limited secure parking is available at Hamilton Executive Apartments Denison location. Check with reception for details.

There are on street parking options nearby to each apartment subject to availability.

Bookings

A deposit equal to the first night’s tariff will be charged to the guest’s credit card upon booking (a credit card is essential for booking). The balance of accommodation charges will be processed prior to check-in.

In cases where there is no on-site reception, an SMS will be sent to the guest’s mobile phone advising the address of the property, unit number and unique entry pin plus access instructions.

Rates may be subject to change prior to securing your booking.

A valid photo ID may be required to confirm your identity prior to check in.

Cancellation

Hamilton Executive Apartments upholds a 72-hour cancellation policy.

Should a guest cancel a booking within 72 hours of arrival, the guest will forfeit the full amount of accommodation.

If Central Reservations is given adequate notification of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded via the original payment method.

Extended Stays

Need to extend your accommodation?

Extensions are available if the apartment is not booked for the required nights, and pending approval, the charges will apply to the guests credit card immediately and the standard cancellation policy applies.
The tariff for accommodation will be the best available rate at the time of extending the booking.
If the apartment is not available, we may offer alternate accommodation options at any of Newcastle Executive Apartments sites. Should the guest choose to accept to move to alternative accommodation, they will be liable for any difference in cost.

No-Party Policy

Out of consideration for all guests, Hamilton Executive Apartments enforces a No-Party Policy.

To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, Hamilton Executive Apartments upholds a strict zero tolerance to parties and excessive noise. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, using bad or profane language, using illegal drugs, being drunk or disorderly, or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests will be evicted immediately.

The police may be contacted and guests will be financially liable for any damage caused. Guests who are displaying drunk, disorderly and generally aggressive behaviour towards other guests or neighbours will also face immediate eviction without warning.

If a guest is found to have breached the policy, no refund will be given. The guest will also be automatically black-listed from Hamilton Executive Apartments and other affiliated accommodation establishments for any future reservation.

Illegal activities of any kind are not permitted. The operation of any business from the property is strictly prohibited. The property is to be used for residential purposes only.

Credit Card and Payment Policies

Credit Cards are required for all bookings – we do not accept cash.

A bond will be taken in the form of credit card pre-authorisation for an amount up to $500. Amounts vary depending on holidays, weekends, or special events. This amount is held for the duration of the stay. Credit card pre-authorisations may take up to seven days to be released by your bank, so please plan for this when booking.

The bond may be kept if the unit is left damaged or unusually untidy/dirty.
The bond will be kept if complaints are made by neighbours or other guests regarding noise, parties and disturbances.

We do not process charges to third party credit cards without written authorisation from the card holder.

All credit card charges will be subject to a bank surcharge.

American Express cards will attract a 3.5% credit card surcharge.

Directions by car:

If you are travelling to the Hamilton Executive Apartments by car, we are located 15-20 minutes from the Pacific Motorway (M1).

Travelling from Sydney:

  • From the M1, take the Newcastle Link Road exit. This turns into the Hunter Expressway (M15).
  • The Hunter Expressway (M15) becomes the Newcastle Link Road (A15).
  • Follow the Newcastle Link Road (A15) becomes Thomas Street until the round-a-bout.
  • Take a right on the round-a-bout continuing on Newcastle Road (A15).
  • Follow Newcastle Road (A15) for 8klm (14 mins) until the lights at Beaumont Street, Hamilton.
  • Turn right onto Beaumont Street and follow down and turn Left onto Denison Street.

Travelling from Newcastle

Landmark : McDonalds King Street, Newcastle.

  • Travelling west on King Street the turns into Donald Road/Newcastle Road (A15) until a set lights at a cross intersection at Hamilton.
  • At the lights turn left down Beaumont Street, follow straight and turn Left onto Denison Street.

Directions by public transport:

Regular public transport is available with bus stops located on Tudor Street, Hamilton.

There is a FREE Newcastle CBD bus services that runs between 7.00am until 6.00pm.
